2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be secured through our online platforms. Payments are required in full to confirm your reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Casa Bambu Cancun is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or damages to personal property during your stay.

7. Compliance with Mexican Law
